How does 10% magic damage and 10% spell pierce add up to 23% more damage in poisons?
Hey genius, how about this, Point blank is a 3 sec spell and so is the nightshade nuke.

Pftttt, they're not gonna fix this, it's been 13 months since I first reported it on Pend, I'm just hoping that the relentless bumps convince them to revert the currently useless bows with 3% damage vs all to the older working leggy bows with 3% vs PvE mobs.

Of course I did. If they cannot live up to their advertised promises, they should shut down or have someone shut them down.

I was shooting a scout with a cold leggy for 250, it proc'd twice while shooting him and the damage stayed 250.
Thanks to the bug it will stay at 250, as your bow will only do physical damage, so you were probably just doing slash damage.
A leggy bow, like taking the time to get LGM fletcher is pointless now, all thanks to mythic released a bug they were informed about onto live and ignoring it for 10 days short of a year now.
Just don't use Legendary Bows the same way I don't use Throwing Axes.
Archery is a mess all the way around it will probably never be fixed.
Consider how much you are being affected by this little problem, then consider all the rest of us that can't evade arrows anymore, negating 100% of an Assassins defense.
