You can actually set the summary window to have a close button and it will close it. However it will reappear when you zone.

Yeah I'm having an issue as well since 1.90, seems to be crashing when moving windows around or trying to open up new windows. I keep having to go into Ghostconfigure and reset it to be able to log back into that character.

Gone from the material world? Not really.
But I will have some bad news for you which is both of my daoc accounts are closed. That pretty much seals the deal for me helping you at all with this UI.
The only advice I have is if you recognize a certain window is causing you to crash, then the easy fix is to delete the corresponding XML file for that window. For example if you are crashing when you go to train, it is most likely the trainer window that is crashing you so you should try deleting "train.xml". (I wouldn't actually delete the file, I would just create a new folder and move it to the new folder in case you need it again.)
If someone else is willing to step and maintain the UI, I'm all for it. Sometime in the near future I'll upload the original files along with the original image PSD files and the tool for updating the options library.

Upload everything and I'll take a look at maintaining it as well. I hate to see another nice UI die. No promises as I'm already working on 6 UIs but I'll do what I can.
