So far all the lower level BP stuff I've seen is 96 - but you can get 100 by questing for it. Was this a deliberate decision I wonder.
For the armor, who really cares? Your base AF buff will cap AF wearing 96 armor.
And everyone has access to case AF buff from the NPC buffer.

Well, I care about consistency. Also, I can remember quite a few patches where items came out with wonkity numbers. It's just something I think testers should pay attention to.

Talk about nostalgia. It's rather cool that they're using old classic armor models. They're way rarer than the hi-fi aurulite/labyrinth/dragonsworn etc. skins anyway.
