Question about ML/CL/xy as a new player |

Hey guys I've got a few questions as a new (returning, didnt play for ~4-5years) player:
1) For NF RVR:
1.1: How important are ML and CL nowadays?
I really dont like the TOA Stuff and esp. the ML-Raids are a bit too much for my taste.
1.2: If the CL stuff is important for RVR, can it be done with a duo?
1.3: How hard is it to get a cheap and/or easy template for the start (lvl 50).
Are artifacts needed and are they as hard to get as many years ago? What about those glass-set/weapons?
2) For the upcoming patch/re-design:
2.1: In the new video the designer speaks of "80-90%" viability for RVR after the leveling(?),
but I didnt see anything about ML/CL access-changes in the pendragon patchnotes,
so this viability would be a light template for the RVR start or..something more that you can guess on?
2.99: RELEASE DATEZ PLX? .... okay ._.

1. MLs are generally needed for most rvr classes, but you don't need to do the raids any more (don't think any are run any more), you can buy the steps and MLXP isn't in game any more.
CL XP is needed but comes easy in rvr at level 50, you need CL5 for the champ weapon (or you can do the quest, they can all be done solo/duo depending on your class) so that's a good start. Some classes need the CL abilities more than others, it depends on what you're playing, but disease, cure disease, resist buffs and heals are the most popular I'd guess.
Money is very easy to make now, and a basic template can be farmed/bought pretty easily
2. No idea, what is in the video is all anyone knows right now.

the stuff in the next patch will probably mostly affect battlegrounds. you should play those to make some rp and bp.
artifacts and masterlevels don't need no encounters anymore. you can buy them for bountypoints (from pvp) or glass (farmable in pve). cl levels are nice, but you don't need to pve for them, they can be bought from bountypoints too.
imho it was never as easy/cheap as today to get a decent temp for pvp.

Soazak had already mentioned that you can get CL XP via RVR. Thak0r is just highlighting that you can also buy them via BP's if you want to.
I suggest you start reading posts properly before you keep jumping on people and calling them names.

So,
after a 50 sorc, cabba and buffbot, my mate and I were doing the champion quests and got really some annoying problems and questions:
1.- For what are we doing these champion quests? Weapon/armor? Only platins+champ xp?
2.- Is it possible to just skip the quests completely? Because there are steps where we need a group AND/OR go severly times into RVR-zones. It is not funny because we getting constantly one-shotted (aurulite gear hooray), even camped at several spots. So only getting champ XP through RVR without completing the quests?
3.- Is there maybe something like "buy the quest" for glass?
9.- MYTHIC! Y U NO MAKE NORMAL QUESTS WHERE PLAYERS CANT BE CAMPED BY HIGH RR?!
