Timmeh! Where is the Target Window?!?! I'll drive myself crazy without it, not to mention DIE like a noob!

Hit ESC to bring up the the Main Menu, then click on Interface Elements. From that window, click on Floating Target.

I also noticed that you can not select the /use or /use2 from item delve windows.

Hmm Working now... carry on!

Any chance you would be introducing a Healer Helper style group window?

There is one. Bring up the COmmand Window, click on Windows, then click on Healer Helper.
