You have access to the internal mythic boards no?
What did they say when you posted this suggestion there?

A good start to improving communication between customers and mythic would be to have Knights post here more often

I like to hear from within the internal boards and from the general playerbase. People overall seem receptive to the idea, but think there won't be much interest. Nevertheless, I don't see how it could hurt. People who already have qualms with the game aren't going to play until you fix those issues. You aren't going to lose paying customers doing a Q&A; you'll just expose and appeal to former and potentially new users.

I'm sorry if the communication with Mythic (and Knights by proxy) hasn't been ideal. You can always reach out to me (in a separate thread or PM) and I'll see what I can do.

Since the demise and exodus of Digg, Reddit no longer is dominated by "hipsters" as it once was. There are plenty of everyday users and gamers that could be exposed to DAoC, as Logheryman pointed out.
