I'm playing around with the new user journey and have rolled a character on all three realms to play through the battle grounds. Hibernia, it seems is still difficult finding a group, even at the lower levels, Hibernia remains very cliquish. Midgard seems to be noob friendly in spurts. Some days, you log into the battle ground and are instantly invited to a group. Other days, you have to /lfg or /region class lfg. Then there are days you can't seem to buy your way into a group. Albion on the other hand, seems to be very group friendly. Log into one of the battlegrounds, pick up the quests and just head out the door. Before you make it to the first quest location, you have a group invite. Hit one of the quest zones, check out the Midgard keep, kill any Mids you see. Move to the next quest zone, check out the Hibernia keep, kill any hibs you see, next quest. Turn in quests, wash, rinse, repeat.

Topic of the Week is asking, which is the "group" friendliest realm? Is my experience typical?

Do you have any good topic ideas? If you have one you'd like to see posted, please drop me a line!

That is interesting ... I play hib mostly and while I agree that it is cliquish at 50 in the NF, the BG's can be friendly though.

I have found some awesome people to group with. Maybe too it has something to do with play times. I am on from 9pm PST to 2am PST ...

Now my level 50 warden is another story ... I have a hard time finding groups. I still need to get "Bodygaurd" for most groups to invite. Seems like I need to be pretty perfect before I can get a group. This is where the guild comes in handy. If I have guildies running the NF I can get a group easier.

BUT ... I think even that will change once people get to know me on my warden. I think groups will come a little easier.

The other thing I think is worth noting is ... (aren't most people playing on all three realms? So it's the same people ... the experience should be somewhat similar right?)

Albion is the friendliest realm. There's just no question about it. Basically every social aspect of this game is superior on alb. Hib and mid are just frustrating and boring unless you have people you already know to group with.

I actually think there are a lot more that stick to one realm, than there are realm hoppers. My 50's are hib. The toons I have in the bg's in other realms...I'll probably end up doing /xp off when I hit Thid or Molvik, depending on how much fun I'm having there. If I feel like mixing it up, I just go over to Gaheris and pve.

Albion seems to me to have the most people, thus the most friendly people.

I think its a close %. I found hib new areas and bgs almost empty outside

of primetime. Mids are right behind albs.

The more people, the bigger numbers of nice groups. Same percentages.
