There are NPC buffers / Realm Enhancement NPC's now, in NF and in the starter towns. The buffs are ok. Bot buffs are always better, but the npc buffs will do in a pinch, so you can actually get away with just one account now.
As an FYI, the major difference in the Ywain servers is in housing. Your character can only purchase a house on the server it is on. So, if you plan on buying a house, do not put your toon on Ywain 1 or 2. It's really hard to find a house on those 2 servers. Your Chars from the other Ywain servers can use the house and bind to it so it's not really a big deal. It's just not easy finding a vacant lot on 1 and 2.

So, I resubbed. And to my disgust, someone took the name Vorne. I had to change the name to RealVorne. Who would take someone elses name? Vorne isn't catchy like, deathbringer, or evil, or conan for God Sake. The name means to be in front or to lead in German. I have never seen anyone else use this name. What a tool.

You probably don't know this, but all the euro servers got merged into Ywain, including the German server.

Yes, it was probably intentional.
While the name was probably intentionally used, because it was probably not a randomly generated name (though it may have been random), the name may not have been intentionally stolen.
There are many EU players on Ywain and I would bet that some of them are German (esp. as the German server is on Ywain now).
Also, if you google "Vorne" you find that it is a tech manufacturing company, it is a character in DDO, there is a statue of Herrmann-von-Vorne in Germany, etc. . .
It is not as obscure a name as you may think. I could easily see a person that worked at Vorne industries playing DAoC and wanting that name, or some player who knew the name from DDO wanting it, or someone from Germany who was in need of a name deciding Vorne would be a good pick, or. . . .
