One of the more interesting things about these Epic Encounters is the credit system we’ve implemented. This system grants an area credit when the encounter is complete to any and all players in the area, regardless if they are solo, grouped, or battlegrouped; giving every player a chance to progress without â€waiting in line†for others to finish first.
Though i'm certain its somewhere in a patch note, i just couldn't find it right quick but did find it on FB
Now i'm wondering if they could do this for the repeatable quest as well, but still keep things the same if your in the group that did actual kills, thus not needing to be within a certain area range.

Kill them. A macro group in your bg is massive amounts of free xp and rps because they're trivially easy to kill. If they're on the same realm, go to one of the other spawn locs and finish your quests there until the group is killed by someone else.
Imo, macro farmers make this game a lot better. When they're pveing, they're driving prices down so low that you can buy most of what you need with just the gold you get from rvr. When they're pvping, they're free kills and rps.
I'm sure you always kill plenty of macro groups alone, or when there are 3-4 other people in the BG with classes inadequate do macro-group farming. Everyone does this kind of things on VNs. But the macro groups are still there ingame.
Also I don't care about your laziness. Things start to go wrong when those people driving the prices down prevents me to do whatever I like to do (ML10/rerolling at early hours/squatting every decent epic zone spawn/etc). People are asking for these guys to disappear because it's actually a problem, not because we care about people like you.

nothing can be done. been reporting and sending feedback these past 4 months without result. and it's not so much that the excist, it's the fact that they are using a third party program to run their group that is upsetting most. it somehow seems that they're allowed to do this while a "normal" player gets the boot on the smallest issue.
