Just ban all of Asia, problem solved. As a side affect we will finally get rid of those pesky guilds like Eastern Wind that ninja everything during the times of day that the majority of players aren't even online.
ps. I know that mentioning Eastern Wind a probably current dead guild shows my ignorance of present day DaoC culture.
Eastern Wind isn't dead and most of the guild lives in North America.

IDK what is required to open a trial account, but just make it require a CC to open the account (or 14 day return for old accounts) and start banning CC numbers. Problem solved.

Used to be that way and everyone argued that it was making it too difficult for new people to try out the game.

Yes because these people will gladly travel hundreds of miles to the closest Walmart in China to get a new card each time their old one gets banned. 
Hell even if I had one next door to me the hassle wouldn't even be worth it just to spam your site 2-3 times before you get banned.
