The latest patch did not resolve the main issue of the game, which is the overpowered Nightshade class. The game is extremely imbalanced and players are displaying a noticeable amount of frustration, anger and profanity in /region chat, /advice chat, and even /lfg chat and /yell. That last one is particularly popular in MPK in all battlegrounds I've been in.

The speed with which the Nighshade unclass (it's not really a class, more of a sign of mismanagement of assets in the creative department: creative people are often bad with math) deals damage through nukes and styles and DD poisons and disease does not make sense. Attention to the NS problem in chat even obfuscates any conversation ridiculing the new animist walking shroom pet.

I hope you'll understand that the only way this grotesque imbalance can be working as intended is if the intention is to annoy, irritate, frustrate and infuriate the playerbase.

Please pay attention to region chat in particular in the battlegrounds, where new players will not be encouraged when killed in a fraction of a second by the same class over and over. Giving one realm an insta-win button the size of a toadstool to press is not going to help people come to, or stay in, the game.

I send this message out in cyberspace hoping someone sane works in your company. After all it only takes one smart cow to open the gate latch.

In which way are any of these OP? I kill theurgs and minstrels and even necros regularly. Warlocks? Are you kidding me? One word: timer. Can't dump chambers. If anything I'd wonder about animinists and their anger spirits but even so they are still squishy.

We just don't play the same game. Nightshades may be a plague to solos, but these classes I quoted can make 8mans rage, and I guess structure players will not care about mincers or nightshades but they'll rage about wizards, and BGers will rage about bolt classes and BDs. This doesn't mean that nightshades don't need a nerf, just that there are plenty of other things not working.

They are a plague to dinosaurs too!
