They never made ML10 easier, it was made to be more difficult. Before the updated stats, you could do it with two people playing two characters each, in any realm. Now it's usually done with two full groups, though it can be done with twelve, but certainly not two people~

I for one always thought the farmers were a blessing in terms of driving down loot prices so the casual DAoC player could afford them. This just goes to show you can never please a game's fanbase...

On the bright side people only need to wait 120 days from the time they were banned for the houses to be gone and the items removed from the market.

They wanted them banned for camping the encounters.

This. For example, the only reason I have any astral stuff on alb is I could run 4 accounts and do the encounter by myself and happened to want the chain legs at some random point in time.

If a raid can't kill 5 asian kids, who are each botting 8 characters, while said asian kids are engaged on a raid boss... then your raid probably doesn't deserve loot.

I have vaults full of ML10 gear from before it was boosted.
I had 12 mid conflags on my 39 shadowblade cause noone wanted them.
I would sit in there all night with 2 ML10 casters and 2 bots.
When we were full, I would load a house vault and pick it up with
my tank and buy a new one to fill. I still have 10 plague bringers
I would love to sell. (Mythic seems to hate axe spec)
Your opinion of who deserves competitive gear amuses me. I would love
to hear how you went into ML10 and killed off the farmers. I myself
have camped in there with an archer capping off casters and healers
while they tried to do the encounters, but they often had them rezzed
and rebuffed before I could kill the next one. It was quite the cat and
mouse game for me.

On Hib anyways. there have been at least 1 raid per week for about 2 months now.
The more pve aspects of the game are stripped away, the more the game loses in the long run. PvE is part of the game, players need to get together and help each other, help each other as a realm.

My guild is very small. Only 13 toons...played by two people. But we have friends. Some friends. Not a lot.

alb - 2 theurg, 2 clerics, paladin, reaver, 2 ice wizards = win
mid - 3 sm, valk, thane, warrior, shaman, healer = win
hib - 2 animist, 2 druid, 2 enchanter, 2 hero = win
at least those are the groups i used to farm ml10 with... and that was before they made it easier...
