They need to make this place worth something again. Back in the day people would spend hours rvring and farming in DF. Now, no one even goes there. Instead of the best drops in the game being from ML10, they should redo DF and make them come from there. Actually enable RVRing to mean somthing as far as drops and leveling goes. Make people go back to DF!!!

I agree that DF needs to be re-itemized... legion and all those mobs should have better drops. Perhaps not the best in the game, but at least template worthy (even if its for CV/molvik toons). Also change the mechanics of the DF weapons so that it is easier for people to open DF with them.

Couldn't agree more. I still go there from time to time with my lowbies, not to RvR, but for great exp and I guess for the sentimental feeling I always get. I have so many fond memories from "back in the days" where you'd rush to DF when it opened just to "clear" it from nasty Hibs and Albs

before i quit, some of the best solo action was in df... rr10 stealthers and tanks etc running around, made it sport for a visi.

I think there is not enough pve focus on the game right now. unless you can get it so that everybody rushes in to form groups and zergs to farm diamonds, then the rr10 solo stealthers will destroy any of the action that could have otherwise been there.
it used to be my fav part of daoc but there isn't much reason to go there anymore.
UNLESS, they put in some repeatable battleground type quests with the same sort of XP rewards, that would get people in there for sure.

They should update Legion loot again, and put it on the same level as PoC gear. Maybe slightly better since it is harder to do.

couldn't agree more with you guys. Ownership is determined by realm. There is no reason why the drops suck there. Mythic needs to revamp this place and make it worth while again. If you need to RVR to get into the dungeon, there should be a reason for it. What are some ideas you guys would like seen put in in order to regain the success DF once had?

There is a reason... to get/turn in the df quests that give a bunch of rp/hp and seals

Was a stealth group in there while I was playing my ranger today... can't seem to get away from them one way or another rofl.

DF is fairly active every day. I'm not sure why some you think it's so empty... I've gotten a quick 10k rps many days in there recently. Sure it's dead 2hrs after it changes hands, but wasn't it always after you clear everyone in there?
