Well after an 8 year hiatus, I reactivated DAoC last night.
I transferred my characters to Ywain, but have no idea what to do now and no guild members to talk to. Obviously there's NF, but I see people on here talking about dragon armor? Are they referring to the old dragon raids from back in the day? And also someone was telling me in game that you could turn in a coin now for a Master Level (TOA)? How does that work? What are champ levels?
And are there any guilds that would be willing to accept another? I have a feeling that i'll have to re-work the templates on my chars. But I can offer my services of a RR5+ Druid, Bard, Eld, and Vamp.

Just spam /reg abit to find the guild thats right for you. /reg returning player looking for guild, should work just fine. Once you find one there'll be lots of players able to help with advise etc.

Lots of returning players so these questions get asked quite often.
You can use BPs to buy lots of stuff now. Dragon armor is from the campaign they put in a few years ago.

Well I started at some point in late 04 and they were already here so I must have shown up just as they got here.
Edit: I literally must have gotten here right as they showed up.
Vamps have been here 7 years and 5 months. He was off of 8 years by 7 months. :/

My druid is RR5L+, Vamp is RR4L~. Lol, I was off by a few months it seems...But I do know I was one of the first vamp's back then to ding 50 and RvR.
And a question for you guys, if you dont mind. I got a quest with the glass and dragonscales as the reward from some guy outside of DL. A guildie told me I need to go to ToA and spam LFG GG Glass. I found a group but they were running around Green Glades (I think)? And the quest I picked up had dots all over the ToA map. One particularly in Stygia...But I cannot find the guy in Stygia where the dot marks. Any advice on getting the repeatable quest that is in Green Glades?

Basically, you head to Stygia Delta, and by the northern exit of the town there's a guy who offers 4 quests - all of these are kill quests which has you kill scarabs/Crazed lions/Iaculus'/Crocodiles, they are easy to solo and reward you with glass and gold.
You should really try to find a decent guild though, put a thread up on the Ywain forums or do /who and ask around. Things become way easier when you've got a few seasoned people helping you out.
