I play a bard and a healer. Definitely prefer the healer, mainly because you're typically not the only demezzer in group - probably another healer and possibly an SM or warrior there as well.


As a bard, you aren't likely to have a second bard in group, and menties are still not as popular as some other casters due to no speedwarp. Heroes are as much an option as warriors.


So as a bard you have a lot to do and not as much back up from your group.


That and you don't stand out like a sore thumb with an instrament, so it's easier to hide what you are at the start of a fight.

Fun toon to play that has DPS, CC, and Heals...Ment Ment!

I have a molv ment that does about 400+ single target heals which takes little power, that's huge in that BG, decent DD that also heals as you go, demez, single target mez (better than nothing!), and ghetto aoe DOT, power2, and nearsight from the mana line. It's squishy but it's fun if you know how to play a caster. (34ment/18mana)
