Hi all,

due to Fehrals Post in the Ywain section, I did some work and fixed some old installer as well as translated the UI form german to english.

For Vegamitex I added an optional 2nd compass.

I even needed to create some new textures from scratch.


For now what is included:

Several Group windows, Healers Helpers (All with the -1 fix).
Trainer and Options windows working without crashing the client.
Nifty minimalized skin.
And many other things that I've started loving.

This is a compressed self extracting RaR file. Extract it to a place you'll find it again.

Inside the new folder is another OchUI-English.exe. This is the setup program.

The Setup program itself is kind a old and in german. But! when you click on the blue "?" down left you can switch the language to english.

1. When the setup is open, click on "Durchsuchen" and navigate to the folder where DAoC is installed. Then hit "OK".
2. Press "Weiter" or "Next"
3. Choose desired options from the left side, then click on "Weiter" or "Next" again.
4. Repeat until you reach the final window where you have 3 choices (you can check only one)

The first option will erase your old custom folder and create a new one with the selections made.
The second option will backup your old custom folder, then create a new one with the selections made.
The last option will only save your made selections and exit the setup without doing anything else.

Click on "Fertigstellen".

When you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7, run the installer as administrator, so that there will be no issues due to missing user priviledges.

I'll be adding a few things I needed to remove for now. When updates are availble I'll update this post. Hopefully I got the online update up and running till then.

Still not working for me..



This is after running as admin.

If I hit yes, I get an upload error. If I hit no it takes me to this:



And I can't click next.

Can't DL that. That just opens what's inside the .xml i think.

rightclick on the link "save as" orr just "save" don't know which browser you are using.

alternativly download the complete package once more.

Like I wrote before, I think that something broke in your download.

Several others hadn't had any problems, me as well... tried it after uploading.

To all others :

You can download and copy the mms.xml as well. The online update is now activated inside it.

can't seem to find the Healers Helper. I click to show it but it doesn't show up. Any ideas? Other than that.

There are quiet a bit of german still in the UI are you planning on updating it again with the fixes? best UI out there if so.

could you post some screenshots of the still german windows?

And with the healers helper, which one did you choose?
