Looks like RvR!! Not sure about server match ups changing. What I really liked about RvR was knowing the opponents. Made the fights more interesting. Hope they don't do it too often.

It'll change every 2 weeks, but with the servers ranked it's likely you'll end up forming rivalries with servers of similar size or skill by getting matched a lot.
