I never met him in my life nor did I even play on the same server. Its terrible when someone so many know and love dies. All I really want to say is day after day you see people from the same realm bickering and bitching at each other, next time stop and just thank god you are alive and are healthy, we only live once try and make the most of it. Stay safe all and good luck to all of you in whatever life brings you.

I'm not from this server, but the video that was made in remembrance of Bruic was posted on the Kay server boards, and it was really touching.
My condolences go out to both your server and to his family.

Unfortunatly, as I play on Kay, I have never had the honor of playing with Bruic. Maybe one of the things that makes me the saddest is that now those of us who hadn't played with him will never get the chance. By all accounts he sounds like something special, and both the real world and the game world will be that much emptier.
Games like this give us the opportunity to step into another life and maybe be more like the kind of people we want to be. We get to be heroes, brothers in arms, family, and we get to escape the real world for a while. Sadly some aspects of the world can't be escaped. We can laugh in the face of death from our enemies in the game as their hordes bare down on us, but in the real world we are all too frail and any moment could be our last.
Bruic made the best of his time here, and his story is a reminder to us all that whether we are in the real world with our friends and family, or fighting shoulder to shoulder with our realm mates, that we need to treasure these moments.
I can only hope he gets the internet in Heaven so he can see the outpouring of love from all those who miss him whether they knew him or not.

Wow.... i dont know what to say... i play on Guinevere, i saw the movie and the board and watched it.. i honestly felt like crying.. thats just so sad... My condolences to his Family and friends...  |

From my part im really sorry to hear from this death in RL. Wanted to attend the memorial but couldnt make it....
I feel really that this kind of support shows best what a good community (and i believe we are a community also in the traditional sense) can be and is!
My thoughts and prayers to all members to Bruics family in RL and in Guild.
