A dog will crap on the floor because at some level it feels it's better to get yelled at than be ignored.
So yelling at your dog is pointless, you have to train it to crap outside or get rid of it.
The moral? Hire an assassin to kill your dog. When it's least expecting it.

Actually different types of bullies need different types of responses and retaliations.
Maybe somebody needs to use her as a slump buster a few times and then maybe she will get it.
