I have a good friend with OCD and a form of tourettes. He was the help desk guy at my last place of business.
His desk needed to be just right or he would get very distracted and jumpy... He gave me a bunch of calls one day as a joke, so I went in and turned over his entire desk. I didn't know he had it so bad at that point, but it really freaked him out..
I felt bad about that one for an entire week.
