and is married to a moderator of a quilting board. Yeppers, my wife moderates a couple of different crafts boards, mostly cross-stitching actually. And yes, they do require a bit of moderation, there are some VICIOUS arguments about the merits of certain designers, thread types, and other crafting things I don't pretend to understand, but her post count makes mine look like a poor amateur.
He does This Day in History, Word of the Day, and Quote of the Day posts. Something I really enjoy doing.
I'm orginally from Michigan, up in the thumb, little town called
Millington, (GO Cardinals!!), been married since 1978, moved to South Dakota in 1979, lived here ever since. I have three sons (Matt, 21, DJ, 18, and Collin, who is 12).
I've working in a casino (Dakota Sioux in Watertown, SD), 10 years in a hospital (Prairie Lakes Health Care Center, Clinical Lab) and various restaurants and convenience stores. Also 6 years with Gateway

, who screwed me....
I've played quite a few of the MMORPG's, but my first love is still AC, though I can't access most of my accounts due to how .NET log-in works.

I also have played (or are still playing) various RPGs, including Price of Freedom, Battletech, AD&D, EarthDawn and Shadowrun. Also was big into M:TG until it got too expensive to compete realistically.
I read quite a bit, I try to finish one book every two days if possible, and a magazine a day if I can find one that's interesting.
I write, when my damn Muse is screwing with me, mostly sci-fi/sci-fantasy.

.
I'm a cancer survivor (thyroid cancer), I've had a gastric by-pass 'cause I VERY stupidly let my weight get WAY out of hand. I'm also OCD (duh...).
