sigh, alright. I was saving this, but Melkorai got the info from Holajr. He gave it to me, I traded it to isun for 5p and an immo ring. He stripped the sorc and ebayed the account to vict who set up the kado part of the story for us.

The difference between a smart guy and a clever guy is this:
A smart guy knows how not get out of a nasty situation. A clever guy will not put himself in a postion to BE in that nasty situation in the first place.
Be clever. Stop giving your info around to people, and you won't have this problem.
BTW, proving a case at court saying "I know it's XYZ" as your argument, won't win your case for you.
But then, it's prolly all about the drama and the postcounts more than anything, isn't it.

Personally, I think that's BS because a CSR wouldn't have restored items ganked and given to a different char.

The reason it was brought up (twice) after they retired is what they did before they retired that got found out by someone who wasn't supposed to and who said the wrong thing to the wrong person and thus inspired said events from the previous night that has since been corrected and posted about.
Figure out what the hell that means and then you're on to something.

I think he was saying that the items didnt get taken, that the characters just got deleted.
Because youre right, csr's don't replace looted items.

You're right, and that's why they were restored as completely stripped, even artifacts. If I had said that before, it wouldn't have led Julae to reveal what he did. Also, I mentioned they were restored last night, which they really weren't. They're naked level 50's, with skills, quests, and MLs. I'll be pushing for more later, but we'll see.
I can have my artifacts restored, because obviously they were dropped/deleted, and that's provable by checking logs, or checking quests. If the items were traded, which is funny I never thought that happened, that can be checked too. Guess I get to do a few other things tomorrow.
