This isn't an attack or a defense. Everything that was said by Loellan I've seen before, many times, so I wanted to add my thoughts.
I'm not entirely innocent in this myself. I found things comfortable, I didn't intervene on behalf of my friends. I let some people be pushed out by her without being told a word. I just enjoyed the RPs and the easy groups.
Thing is that wasn't entirely fair to people. Threnn wouldn't be direct about why someone would suddenly not be part of the team, or what was happening. If a person fell out of 'favor' they never knew exactly why. In some cases, they were told white lies as to not hurt their feelings. Sometimes this led to misunderstandings, sometimes led to people making alts and levelling them thinking they'd get groups, almost always led to hurt feelings.
I don't think she does these things maliciously, part of it is being non-confrontational part of it is selfishness, part of it is just trying to have fun. She likes to have friends and people around her; to be well liked, but she also wants to be competitive in RvR. The two don't always mix well.
It's hard to be the one who builds groups or guilds or raids or whatever. Not everyone gets along and you're always the one who gets blamed when people aren't having fun or are left out. But if you aren't direct in how you handle it, it just hurts people more in the long run, as evidenced by this thread.
