That sounds vaguely familiar. Gather people, run around, level up, play at friends, then when it comes to RvR start getting annoyed when more than 8 want to run, or when there are people who aren't quite 'elite' enough. What's worse is not wanting to run with particular guild people but not having the balls to actually tell them or tell them why.
It's a pity when they're your friends but they just like playing a class that is less than stellar, like say a necro. Confrontation becomes so terrifying, so instead run off and make another guild, problem is that with only a set 8 that's not enough people to be on 24/7 to feed an ego enough or give the attention needed. So there needs to be extras just in case. But then things get messy and darn those people for wanting to RvR with the guild and making things awkward.
So move to another server, lather, rinse, repeat. Then move to another server and another realm. Repeatedly.
Since the arpeez are more important.
