Yeah, you're very tactical with your nukes..
It appears the rat flail divisions leader couldn't release his nuke and cheated by riding a nuke, thats a rule, it is , really!

Billbo is wrong! None of my men have been seen riding their nukes. Those are full scale, too.
TACTICAL nukes are launched from cannons, and that one is obviously dropped from a B52. Who's weapons are these, eh?
