Shrike, you obviously have me confused with someone else. I have only been in DF like once when I was 48. I had to print out a map to get to the alb side. I still don't freaking know my way there. So your comment about "Hyde ganking lowbies in DF" is pretty absurd. Please keep the fiction to yourself. I even had a fellow NS ask me two days ago if I wanted to go to alb side in DF and I replied "No thanks, I don't even know the way". Hehe it's funny what people will post sometimes. It's ok to dislike me, just do it for the right reasons.


As far as who I respect, pretty much any infil in the top 25. It's kind of a love/hate relationship. I really love fighting any infil one-on-one, it's usually a good time unless the zerg rolls over me during the fight. The only person I don't really care for is an infil whose name starts with a Z. The two times I have tried to fight him he ran off spamming /y while trying to find the closest alb zerg.


Ledark, Lindberg, Xavory, and Dheht are some names that come to mind. I have also seen Hargalt and Lothea around recently and have had some great fights with them.


Sorry Shadowblades, but I really don't see any of you around. Probably because 90% of the time my targets are albs.

I don't even bother fighting most assassins 1 on 1 anymore. I have no buff bot, so hence I always start at a disadvantage. I just do what I can with what I got.


Ask Sharl, Hiten, Zargus and Meno however you spell it (yea way to go hibbies and albs, team up against the mids in dodens, go you). They camped Dodens yesterday and I managed to port in and out and take all of them down (meno twice) one by one. Thats obviously unbuffed.


I don't think anyone should care if they are respected, feared or laughed at. Its a game have fun and don't lose sleep over it.


And FYI, I will spam laugh the ppl that come and kill lowbies at our dungeon because it takes you more time and effort to get here than the pts are worth. Otherwise, a good fight deserves a /bow /salute from me.

Actually Vrit it is worth the time. RPs come a plenty at dodens, and its more fun than emain too. On top of that great xp and loot while you wait for the tards to show up.

I go to alb side of DF all the time. Why not? I find lots of yellow and blue cons there. I wave at alot of the greys. I will leave them alone most of the time unless they jump in when I am fighting a blue or higher. I have been ganked on our side by infils and sbs alot. I don't understand what the insult is for doing that. Oh because I don't buff bot and go camp emain in packs then that makes me weak? Please gtfo.


As far as RPs, I make alot more goin to alb side. 400-940 RPs a kill is alot better than being zerged in emain. But since that is effective the monkeys cry about it cuz I am not playing by their terms.


Hyde is one of the better NSs that I know, so flaming him holds no water btw.

Oh I like to go to Dodens too. Not to gank lowbies either. Ask Slitz/tranq and whoever else he is always running with. I always try and take them out. I usually get owned by them after I take one down, but it is a great challenge for me. Alot better odds than the emain golf course.

Well Sarian to be perfectly honest it wasn't just camping for mids in Dodens (well for some of us anyway). Many of were there to loot.


The Hall of the Corrupt just stinks. Flat out blows chunks. Agro through floors, agro through walls, and it seems like monsters will BAF and their friends will BAF sometimes too. Loot quality (in terms of higher stats) also seems dependant on the lvl of mob you kill. That pit with the mistress of runes and all those red and purple mobs that come in duos is a true treat.


For better or worse, Dodens is gaining a reputation as the place to go to farm random drops.


On a related note, an envenom belt dropped down there yesterday, thereby allowing me to reach +11 venom. That proved the impetus for me to finally respec from slash to thrust while milking the most out of my respec (stealth and venom both dropped to 34). I got to try the legendary dragonfang out and landed it on Alfy... and had him hand me my head. So much for the magic move of death. Time to learn how to play my char all over again.

DAMNIT!! Nice belt Lind, I have yet to get any good items from there that I can use. I heard of a jewel there the other day that was +2 axe, +2 sword and +2 thrown!! lol, THROWN!


I just want a +2 envenom ring or bracer to get +11.


And I mean no disrespect, its fun sometimes to go to the other realms side, I was referring to those 4 specifically. I took out Meno, then started to work on Zargus, but Sharl and Hiten teamed up with him to try and take out 1 grey and little old me. Finally Nitrous and a few other yellows showed up and the porting game started.

Hee hee nice is all relative. The belts stats were +3 envenom +3 thrust +2 SHIELD!? 1% energy. Definitely an item to swap in and out for poisoning purposes only.


The belt I use normally is annother unique dungeon drop and a gift from a guildy. 12 quick 4% slash 4% thrust 5% energy.


The good stuff doesn't drop every day or very frequently, but its there if you wait long enough and get lucky in the lotto after it falls.

respected assasins? hmmm there are a lot of assasins I respect. Not gonna mention them all, but they are all old ones that play for a while now. I just don't have much respect for the new ones... sorry


ps I dont have my own buffbot, sometimes I get buffs from others or I can log in a buffbot when he isnt in use (which is when ur all sleeping and when the sun is shining here
