Bump from TD

I remember, my best time was in Beta when I had no clue about this game and ran around being amazed about different towns and monsters

I talked to a Advocate because a shield had a melee req of 250+, he told me it was a "bug", as noone would ever have that high melee D anyway

Go ZARP Go

Its funny how everyone automatically assumes the guy is innocent. He picked up the armor, he MUST have seen other people around it, and you're calling him cool. Tell me what is so cool about that?

This is why dumb people and 5 year olds shouldn't be playing the game - call me insensitive but hey thats my opinion.

I'll detail the situation:

Tou Tou Meeting Hall, I am in there near the podium with my mule Muliette Dong. I have 2 computers, Muliette is logged in on the second machine.

In comes Kid Ego, we chat a bit. 2 or 3 macro'ers are in the mana pool. Otherwise the Meeting Hall is empty. I go afk real quick to go to the restroom.

When I return, Kid Ego is gone, but a suit of blue amuli is on the floor and a toon is running towards it. I thought about grabbing it, but paused to id the toon - I figured it was Kid's mule that logged in in another section of the meeting hall. By time I id the toon - Zarp Level 13 under Lews Therin - it's too late for me to grab the armor. Then in logs Suavecito, Kid's Level 20 axe toon...

I was shocked to see Zarp pick up the armor and I realized my (and Kid's) mistake.

We talked to Zarp in the meeting hall for maybe 10 minutes, all the while he is waving and giving us petty jewelry and red and gold letters. We give it back, or drop it on the floor. He is picking it all up, dropping other stuff on the floor etc. Then he runs outside and we follow him.

I tried to message his monarch and patron, neither of whom were on line. We both took screenies for proof.

Meanwhile, Zarp starts to kill a drudge on the beach, I tell him he's not killing anything with me around, return the armor and all is well... I proceed to clear the beach. Zarp then pulled out a bow. I thought he was trying to use range to get kills anyhow, so I put on my quickness 6 shoes and buffed my sword - heh heh. We follow him all over Tou Tou, Suavecito even killed the Tou Tou cow before Zarp could get it

He kept waving, and running up and down the stairs inside the buildings...

We finally gave up and decided to report him...

We went back into the meeting hall, and he followed us. We ignored him after that and reported him via this thread...

Best thing that's happened to me in this game in months.

We got OWNED

To al_shades :

Why would you assume he is not innocent? If you had some slight bit of insight into childeren maybe you would understand how they think. He doesn't see armor on the ground and think like you would "Oh there some armor for free it's going to make me UBER!!!" He's intentions were not to steal or become uber. His intention was to play the game and have fun. Yes it wasn't a good idea for him to be picking things up off the ground with people around. I've told him that sometimes they are going to be muling. But the fact is most of the time he's hunting Shreths and Drudges and cows.. He's use to seeing little swords and maybe some leather armor on the ground. So what does he do? Pick it up.

Just because your intentions in the game are obvious don't assume a childs is the same. If you aren't around children much maybe you should be.

The reason I'm his patron is because I can't tatoo a sign on his butt saying "I'm 5 if I did something wrong contact my dad Zang Si" So being his patron is the next best thing.

I've given him some nice 113% +7 yumis that I know he has sold in the store of lost. The other day he was following someone , in his words "Like 10 min. away from town" and lost his al 138 chainmail hauberk. Do I care?? No because I know those things can be replaced and I know it's a game.
