I dont play on MT but, i think this is the funniest thing ever. My 9/7/5 year old kids like to get on occasionally and mess around with a character i made just for them. He is a dagger/bow/melle d speced fighter, 40/10/100/100/70/10 guy. I leveled him to 35 so they could go on quests and what not and not die while laughing at how drudges squeal when you smack em. My oldest i would let play a tad when ac was in beta 2 and has played a bit here and there (its a reward for doing good on homework, doing his chores quickly, and a great way to keep him inline)
I started playing games as a kid (pongg being first, bards tale was what got me hooked on roleplaying fantasy games) I remember as a little kid playing tetris against my dad when that first came out to 3 or 4 in the morning sometimes, and that is a great childhood memory I have.
I lead my son through the focus stone quest and tons of other low level ones and it was a ton of fun.
The upsided to this is at 9, he types 22 words a minute and reads very well. Has a healthy imagination, and loves gaming mith his dad. In this day and age, it is hard to find something that a busy overworked person can do at 2 am during the summer or onweekends with his kids, this is one way we have fun together. The downsides? I occasioanlly at first had to make up for and return items a bit and I had to step in and tell people to shut up and stop cussing and calling him names for taking soemthing off the ground.
Oh, and this week, he got his first, honest to goodness vassal !

(not one of my characters either, its another 10 year old boy)
Cheers to you!
