Fixed both the EL Track, EL Nav, EL Buff and CTD when logging/switching characters by manually editing registry for EVERY one of my characters using the value of 7 for GUI on each. Logged in, then right back out of each character which generated the CTD, then closed Decal and did the registry edit for that character. Started Decal back up, logged in the next character, logged out, got CTD, rinse, repeat...


This was done following uninstalling Decal and EL Tank from Add/Remove Programs, manually deleting the directories, and manicuring the registry to remove all "Decal" and "Tank" entries, then installing the new ones.


I can now select/un-select EL Track, Nav, and Buff without any errors and logout/switch characters without CTD.


I did not copy the .DLL file as suggested.

Find the "GUI" value. If the value does not exist, creat a new DWORD reg value called GUI in your character's key. (Without the quotes of course)


Assign DWORD GUI a Decimal value between 0 ~ 7 according to what you want enabled:

Thought I'd mention that before you do this registry edit you need to login into that character and make at least one change in the options tab.


On my system, after doing a clean "no Decal/ELTank" registry settings installation the above registry was empty until I made a change in ELTank's options tab.
