"What program hits keystrokes for you when your not @ your computer?"
"I'm only maximizing my enjoyment by using such features as much as I can when I play."
Anyone else notice the differing statements?

Plasma: posting ways to bypass security in an application or plugin is against the VNBoards Terms of Service.
Elgar put functionality into ELTank to prevent it from being used against his wishes Unattended. By posting the code and reasoning you posted, you're essentially telling people to use it unattended and telling them publically on VNBoards how to bypass that security.
a big no-no.

My solution is there for people to use ACM'ing. I recommend you use it for ACM only, since it does nothing to answer +envoy questions for you, and you could get banned. Therefore it does not circumvent Turbine's enforcement. By the way, let Turbine enforce their rules. Until such time as they designate YOU as an enforcement employee.

Nice! now I wont get logged out when I'm meditating @ the bridge in Rithwic! or being cool @ the lifestone in Ayan. Which, in fact, does require a program to hit keystrokes for you when your not @ your computer. Thanks for all the wonderful help people. If you too feel you chi is off balance come to the peaceful bridge and meditate with me to find your equilibrium.
and most importantly I can change the camera angles constantly for no ones amusement, becasue after all I"m not @ my computer....

Why just stand around at the bridge or LS? Why don't you modify the script to make your toon spin once in a while, or do YMCA, etc., so that others can be amused as well?

It is circumventing checks put into El Tank though.

What Elgarl can do is code eltank to not only require a keypress every 5 min, but to keep track of the last X amount of keys (say 10) and ignore any repetitions and if the interval between key presses is always the same or follows a pattern, it will stop macroing.
No need to have Eltank running while you have the "Camera" angle changed over and over again so you can "Role Play".

No it won't, not even with Tank. Easy enough to bypass.

Your character name and server please? We obviously want to make sure that your chi is in balance and will do whatever we can do to help you out with this.
We certainly don't want you to fall off that bridge and land in a dungeon or anything...that would throw your chi way off.

Yeah, so? Elgar made a good faith move to communicate his stand on UCM to Turbine, and they appear to have accepted it. He's basically done in that regard, unless it is, or becomes, a control issue with him.
