I sent in a fee Abuse reports over the weekend....
Never got a replay from somone could be this or could be just no one was on.

myy friend didnt get her skill point and someone sent in a report
kirby came. he talked to kirby in /tells, but could not hear him if he was talking to him. he told us in open chat he was talking to him, but not hearing kirby, if he was talking ot him.
a few secs later, kirby responded in open chat that something must be wrong w/ his tells
he finished his business w/ us, then left...all in open chat
think his /tells outgoing is broken or something

One of the Tank filters is doing this, I was able to speak with one last night in tells, with ALL filters off. Did not have time to determine which filter it was though . . .  |

chance is not that big when the envoys already seem to know about this. anyway if it's a decal / decal plugin issue then the ban is more or less legit, turbine doesn't have to take 3rd party tools messing up chat into account. and if it's something on turbine's side im sure they will be very easy with appeals.

I was running decal and LT when this happened.
I submited a chat abuse report and got a reply from an envoy with in 5 min.
I know I was running LT when this happened because the alarm went off and scared the piss outta me. (I didn't realize it was on by default and I had the music up when all the sudden ARUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGA!, woke up the baby too, was kinda stressful trying to turn it off.)
Anyways point being was that I did indeed talk to him in /t
He told me something along the lines of:
Thank you for the report, I will investigate.
so I did /r Sure thing, go get em tiger.
So he did send me a tell, and I did reply, and both were seen in my chat window. (as best as I can remember :-\)
