Beta of IE7 was out before the .NET 2.0 release was out. Just wasn't as widely published until recently.

BTW, Combater 2 is not a buffing program.

IE7 wont stop ELTank working and ELTank doesn't require any .Net components. There is a problem with one of the MS security updates killing MSXML3 installs though.
