I know this is a strange request given that I do *not* use Prismatic tapers...
Here's the ones I've tried.
ElTank - Doesn't work with IE7, AFAIK. Gave 10+ errors/second in chatbox when I tried to run it.
Combater - Requires a specific version of .NET that doesn't work with IE7. Can't even install it.
LifeTank X - Requires prismatic tapers, AFAIK. Couldn't find a command for it to ignore comp levels.
RoboBuff - RoboBroken.

You could try "buff me", works good for me though I don't know about the IE7 part.
Is IE7 just an upgrade to IE6 or is it part of the new Windows OS that I've heard was coming out soon?

Both.
But IE7 currently uses a beta of .NET 2.0, and some plugins require something more recent.
I've never heard of that program, and I can't find a link to it.

Found it, but like everything else it requires the updated .NET.
I just said "Screw it", and uninstalled the beta .NET from IE7 and installed the updated one.

Installed it, and it doesn't show up in Decal ingame, just like Combater.
Oddly, both show <no dll> under their version list in Decal. Tried regsvr32 on BuffMe's dll, but it didn't work either. I'm guessing there's some kind of installation issue, and I'm gonna go back and doublecheck everything, but I get the feeling that these plugins just simply will not work with IE7.

You will need to make sure that you installed both Decal, and the plugins AFTER you installed the release version of .NET 2.0, otherwise the .NET Adapter and plugins that require it will not work properly, (the adapter won't even be installed if you don't have the correct version of .NET)

Yeah, I reinstalled everything from a to b (Prior to seeing your post), and *some* of the plugins I mention work now.
ElTank is still busted. No big loss there, and no big shock either. RoboBuff or whatever is still broken, and of course, LifeTank requires that you use prismatic tapers.

ELTank works just fine with IE 7. You MUST install ALL of the required components or it's never going to work.
