One thing to note, some ISPs give their subscribers free web space along with the email account. I presume companies like Adelphia are hoping you will use your free space, grow and them come back and ask them for a paid expansion.

I've got a website that the main page says "Coming soon." It's been that way since may of last year. I've gotten a ton of work done on it, but it's no where near completion yet, so I haven't opened it up to the public yet.
