Yes.. you run DecalUtil now... from the Decal folder.
It's a program.
It's THE program to use to download XML files now.
You will no longer be using the Update button in Decal until we can get the problems with it figured out.
For now, use DecalUtil every month when you would normally click Update.
Also.. make sure you saved it to the RIGHT folder..
"C:\Program Files\Decal" and "C:\Program Files\Decal 3.0" are 2 totally separate things.
Decal 3.0 installs to the second path by default... if you still have a C:\Program Files\Decal folder, I'd say you most likely didn't do a clean uninstall of decal following the information in the ACDev forums... that folder shouldn't exist anymore, unless you modified where you installed Decal 3.0 to, and told it to install to that path.
