Hmm, eltank is for attended combat. If you die and do not wish to get your corpse, simply hit the x in the top left hand corner of screen and that will log you out.


Not sure why you need a plugin for that?

There are several El Tank 'shells' out there, not advertised, good luck getting one.


In their crudest form, they simply keep ELT alive by mashing a key.


At the other end of the spectrum, are very elegant ones that include a nice set of features you won't find in ELT as it comes out of the box, and the ability for the user to customize these features to his or her preference.


If macroing does not hurt anyone, i.e. impact their game play experience, there is no issue to get your panties in a bundle over.


If gamers macro in the woods and nobody hears them, are they really macroing?


People who macro in popular spots and don't have the mental horsepower to use a log-on-stranger-detection program are insensitive and should be reported/banned. Good macroers don't want to be seen or heard and move in the shadows, no one will ever see people in that group.

I've got no issue with Chaz's position at all. Unfortunately it appears that most UCMers think that high xp dungeons such as Fiun, Eaters, PotB and EO are not 'popular spots'


I've decided to quit fighting them and just join them. Get in their fellow, find a nice safe corner to *afk* at, then go watch a movie. That way I'm working just as hard as they are for the xp...AND not breaking the rules

i would also need such a plugin since i use eltank when im setup as a buffbot.

And im sure many ppl out there that have had a buffbot knows that once in awhile some retard tk's the bot...

i just dont wanna log on to 40% vp.


the log on death function in ltx dont work good with eltanks buffbot mode cause it keeps going from peace to cast mode back and forth all the time.

yeah.. they aren't seen or heard from until they become insanely and artifically high level and start complaining about lack of content suited to their level. Macroing has already done it's harm.. not much more harm can come from it. I still passionately disprove of combat macroing, but I believe the damage has already been done to the point beyond repair, and it's pretty useless to attempt to do anything about it now other than maintain the course of banning those caught.
