that makes sense garl, i do keep tank minimized with only tank and el buff active. i have been having issues with logging in without taking 5 minutes lately so i hesitate at relogging. i will try that next time i set up the bot though.
i tried having the bot up with a lower resolution last night but unfortunatly the connection got lost at some point.
p.s. i use tank becuase i prefer it to the others. i have tried castaway and a couple others but i just don't like the setup and options. thanks again garl

tried the fresh login last night and it still went to desktop.
what i don't get is i can acm for several hours with 0 issues. but when i crash to desktop there is nothing goin on around me ig except for a couple bunnies hopping around. with guestimate to the last customer of the buffbot it ussually happens a couple hours after i leave it alone.this is why i'm having a hard time believing it is memory usage.
shouldn't it be leaving a error message if it's a memory issue?

There is a known issue with ATI video cards. Partially due to the drivers and partially to the old code of the game. A number of people including myself were having the same issues. The only thing that solved it for me was replacing my ATI card with an NVidia Card.

Your slow login is likely due to logging messages, or your customer logs on the bot are getting large. Clear them and see if it speeds things up.
As for crashing straight to desktop. It's unusual, you normally get an error box first. Check your Error reporting settings under System properties in windows.
Other than that, disable Character Stats and World Filter in decal (ELTank doesn't use them).

Intresting. I run my game on one machine that has a 8mb intel intregated graphics card.
Tell me why I can use decal and ac together without crashing and this guy who has a 64mb card can't?

Lil-Blub: chances are that your 8mb integrated card also shares system memory, and in fact it is actually running something closer to 96MB.. if I'm wrong, that's fine, but most integrated cards have a small amount actually onboard, and the rest is shared from system memory.
If you only have 8MB total to work with, then technically, AC itself wouldn't run. I think AC itself requires a minimum of 32MB.

Ahh I see. Thank for the enlightenment. Did not know it was shared memory except 8mb. Stuff like Windows Key+Pause/Break reveal only 8mb is dedicated. That's why I thought this.
504 mb on that machine instead of the regular 512 ram.
