If you want to run around in a dungeon, ElTank.
If you are just going to "hold a post" in a dungeon, LifeTank.
ACMing and UCMing just depends if you are there are not. I used to run both, but was always there regardless.

can you run both at once? i had both installed then el started giving me a coms error. i had to reinstall eltank. and i just got rid of life alltogeather

Why would you run both at once? I'm sure they'd conflict with each other and it'd be VERY laggy.
If you mean having both installed, then that should be no problem.
