Ooh.. ok.. I see.. I misread what you said earlier about what the problem was.
a Format wouldn't necessarily hurt anything.. but I'd personally try a lot of other things first.
I'd go through and do another clean uninstall of everything Decal related.. clean out the registry stuff... Delete the Decal 3 folder
I'd also uninstall the .NET 2.0 Framework and then re-install it by downloading it off of Microsoft's site (rather than relying on the Installer to do it from Decal).
Once I was sure everything Decal and .NET 2.0 related was gone, then I'd just as I said above, start with the .NET 2.0 Framework and install it directly from Microsoft.
I'd also take a trip to WindowsUpdate and make sure everything was up to date.
Then reboot and launch nothing. Wait until the computer was fully started, and then install Decal. See what happens.. report errors, etc.

Now this error is popping up, decal is finally responding to me trying to open it, this is the error, "  our AC Client is out of date, if you are using dual log, make sure all directories contain a current cersion, or get latest version from turbine. (Client version=0.0.11.2502 xml version=0.0.11.2741) |

Did you actually log into Asheron's Call?
you need to log into the game BEFORE attempting to use Decal... that error is basically saying that the Path that you specified to Asheron's Call contains a REALLY old ACClient.exe version. You need to log into the game to update it, or double check the path that Decal is pointing to and make sure it is correct.

Well i just installed AC on this comp so it makes sense that its saying that its really old since i didint log in yet (its hard with the problem with authorization) and update everything  So cheers its probably gonna work on this computer now yay! |
