wait.. I meant DecalUtil.exe for the Clr Error: 80004005.
Are you getting any errors when attempting to open DenAgent?

No errors for DenAgent, and The utility thing already was unchecked

Do you see a DenAgent process if you check Task Manager?

nope, and i forgot to say, it could be because of Dual client, cause for some reason after i downloaded dual client i tried to open decal and it didint work, either that or turbine folder i cant remember, But yeah this is getting really confusing, i just wanna open Decal already lol  |

scratch that.
I'm wondering if something isn't set right.
When you install Decal did it ASK you for a path to AC?
If not, then you didn't properly Clean out the previous Decal installation..
If you've done a proper clean, then it should ask you the path to AC on installation of Decal..
What I'm really wondering is if you have a hidden window somewhere that you cannot see... maybe Decal is drawing offscreen, or perhaps it's drawing a window underneith another window.
Maybe clsoe all other applications.. attempt to open Decal and see if it pops up anything in terms of a window anywhere.. it might be a small messagebox, it might be a Folder Select dialog.. something.
My guess is that you have something somewhere and perhaps just can't see it.

If you're getting a Decal icon next to the clock in the Systray, then you have a DenAgent.exe process in Task Manager. (maybe you're on the wrong tab)

I am not getting a icon next to the clock
And im 100% sure its not hiding somewhere or else i could alt tab to it or it would be on task manager or w/e

If you're getting a Decal bar ingame, then SOMETHING has to be launching Decal.
And ACDualClient won't do it unless it sees that DenAgent is currently running.
As for the hidden window, ALT-TAB wouldn't show it, and it's possible that Task Manager wouldn't show it either... depending on it's draw options and where it's actually drawing the window.
For instance.. the Folder Select dialog does NOT create a new task window which means it doesn't show up in the Taskbar or anything. It's just on your desktop (hopefully).
