LifeTank is similar to ElTank. It is an Assisted or Attented Combat Macro. Once configured it will help you fight, stay healed, keep your fellowship healed (if required), loot and salvage for you.

Can we be honest here and call an apple and apple and say this is a plugin for Combat Macroing, with emphasis on UNattended.. because that's what most people use it for, otherwise, it wouldn't need half of the features it has. (even the website said so)
