JetMage, Make sure you're using Decal 2.9.5.0 Alpha 7, and your Memlocs say 2741. When either one of these are different, that's the only time I've seen it say "No surrogate".

Uninstalled Decal, then LTx. DL'ed and Installed new version for both, no glitch what so ever  Ran smoothly and I can even recruit now  (for some reason, I could not before (fairly recent occurance) but it went thru the motions) The HUDs are working MUCH better but I still see a lot of moving around... Stats, profile, and DOT HUD (inventory HUD, only other HUD i have open seems fine, tho it's in a nice spot so never moved it) seems to want to be on specific spots even when you lock HUD positions. Tried this 3 times last nite and said forget it. As long as they dont end up on top of each other

So glad it's working Problem I have though is I cant relocate the Hud... yes it's unlocked.
Wouldnt be adverse to moving it by hand if someone could point me to where the coords are stored.

Coming from a dumb user...
I just click and drag (top left of HUD title) to where I want... but they keep moving back so Im guessing this is not the way

If it's too far to the left in the window it won't allow it. Try leaving a 1-2 inch gap between the hud and the left side of the screen... 
It also should update hud position. |

Yup, I'm trying to drag/drop the hud as before and nope it's not near the edge or anything.

I can't seem to get lifetank to loot my kills for some reason, I have everything set for options, it just won't loot
anyone have this happening also?

We are aware that it is somewhat difficult to move the hud, but it is not impossible! That is on my list to make it easier to move the hud, but right now...make sure the macro is running, it can be paused, but must be ON. Make sure the HUD is unlocked and click/drag on the RED text of the hud you want to drag. Might take a few tries, but after you get it moved where you want, lock it back. To make sure it remembers your new place, you need to log out correctly for LTxi to save it's settings.
Now, the loot thing I have not had a problem with. I've been told that if you have waypoints that you run back and forth between it doesn't work WELL, but it'll still try to pick something up. That's in the works to be fixed too. But not looting at all? You got me on that one. If the "Enable Looting" is checked, and you have it set to look for something to loot.. it should loot. If there are any monsters within your attack range or danger zone, it won't loot though.

When moving the hud click the title of the hud and hold... don't release it or try to drag for about 5 seconds... while still holding.. then try to drag the hud... but still dont let go... Then release. It should drop it and put the coords of hud in the chat window.
One of my computers has this issue. Just had to take it slower. MUCH.
