I removed your first name after considering your kind request for privacy, it will be honered, atleast on this board.

To repeat what Lil_Blub said. No publishing real life information. Lil-Bulb posted the generic VN board rules. A better set is the VN forum rules.

Please read section 4.9.

Yeah I was refering to this board as in VN, I have no reason to follow that guideline on our own LTxi forums especially after he prowled through that server and stole the source.

I will ignore his thread now though Yula, don't worry.

Good bye. Thank you for your insight and compliments and comments.

I do appreciate you removing that personal info off these boards. They matter more anyhow.

Thank you for the acusations, testimonials, and outright deffimation of charactor. That stuff still has nothing to do with this thread. As such, I don't have spellchecker.

Well, since it's out in the open.

Yes, I know full and well what you downloaded. How else would I know what IP to firewall from my server, a random good guess from an ISP in Arizona? At this point it doesn't matter how you accessed the files, the point was you've been phishing my server for sometime and somehow "luckily" found a directory with source code named Lifetank in it. Stealing is stealing, doesn't matter if you (think) you weren't watched or not (even if it was bait....)

I don't want you to throw the bait or flame card out at us anymore. With these threads you're making, all you're attempting to do is *bait* us out into saying something (opinionated) negative about you which we have stood taller and ignored. Fact are facts, and anyone who would like to see access logs is more than welcome to send me a private message, I'll proudly prove I'm not lying.

To end our lovely chat this evening, let me leave you with this: How do you know you weren't allowed into that server and we allowed you to download a crippled version just to see if you'd bite?

First off, i dont know you, but you seem like a dumbass, so security probably isnt your forte'

Secondly, IF, and thats a big IF, he did it, prove it.

If you cant prove it, then just stfu and go cry some more.

IF you can prove it, then its Federal...do something about it.

But either way...stop crying.

They have logs.

Lil-Blub attempted to fish around the site structure/directory tree until he happened upon the source code which he promptly downloaded.

Crelic/Replex/Paraduck have the logs which show all of the actions, and the IP can be pointed to an ISP in a state which Lil-Blub is already known to reside. The facts are the facts, and the logs don't lie.

whether it is worth taking to a federal level or not is up to those guys, but in past experience, it's mostly wasted effort. Lil-Blub should just know better and know that Stealing is Stealing.. then again, we've already all been quite privvy to the morals and ethics of Lil-Blub over the past few days/weeks/months so this doesn't come as any shock or surprise to me. Maybe to others it does.

Edit:

I'm not saying that Crelic/Replex/Paraduck shouldn't have taken more precautions and been a little more security-minded throughout the process, but regardless of the source being there or not, Lil-Blub shouldn't have taken that source code with the intent to do anything with it.

Unbeliever:

#1. I am C'relic, the one who is part of a team currently developing Lifetank.

#2. I own the webhost/web server he obtained the files. Do you really think it would be *that* easy? Security isn't an issue, and if you need to push that, I'm sure it would fall under some illegal hacking terrorist homeland security laws for any real hacking.

#3. I told you, I have the proof... but I will not post logs publicly on the VN, as I do not believe it pertains to these boards. If requested in PM I may or may not show you.

#4. We have taken appropriate action (Fissionweb Networks and the Lifetank Team) and sent copies of the logs to the appropriate people.

Drakier: Thank you.
