The memlocs for September Patch (0.0.11.2784) are now up.
Be aware these memlocs are untested. If you experience problems, please post your problem with symptoms on the ACDev forums.

acclient download works.. but I don't think servers are up (last I checked)
(which would also be why they are still currently untested)

The memlocs are broken. My UCM could not detect the ninjas and was killed.....err I mean, I was staring at my screen and my usual backup to keep me alive did not alert me to the ninja's presence and....errr...nevermind.

I have heard a couple reports on LC that some people are unable tp update.
Mine says it's updating but i'm still getting the old memlocs
