indeed awesome..thank you very much ! i do believe the map needs to be slightly larger tho for the off line viewer or possibly make it to where u can resize it.. id think this would actually work great if it could be added to/with dereth explorer 8).

You wanna talk about large maps? I started out with the full map using the high resolution Dereth map at 2041x2041. Since the spawn map was the same size, and had resolution SO tight that you could pinpoint the EXACT spot on the map where the cow spawns in tou-tou. Sounds great, right? It was, until I found out it took 5 minutes per map to generate and that my resulting map size, for only a fraction of the number of maps I have now, took 8.9GB of space on my hard drive...if I have distributed the map at that size, even compressed, the plugin download would be 14MB in size and each map would be > 1MB. That would certainly not be cool for my server or our bandwidth.

I could allow the stretching of the maps easy enough, but the native map resolution is still only 510x510, so you arent gaining anything by doing so. Also note that each 'spawn point' is actually a 4 pixel block to increase visability. I tried a single pixel, but it was very hard to see on the map.

I could provide a few individual maps at max resolution on the site, but which ones are best to provide?

I was under the impression that the offline version was a single map and the dots were drawn on it based on data received from the server when a mob was selected. Guess I was thinking about it wrong.

Although very cool, I don't use the online browser. I like the offline one better and just alt-tab out to it when I need to look something up.

This plugin rocks! It's already helped me hunt down several mobs that I wasn't sure about! Thanks again!

Just a quick note.

One change I'm making to all the It! plugins is to no longer store 'dynamic' information (files that get updated, etc.) in the install directory, but rather in one of the user document directories (either all users or individual user)

This will become very important in the future for Vista compatibility, so you might want to make those changes early in the project.

Also make sure that if you are using the registry, you do not use HLKM except for registering your plugin. That way only the install will need to be run 'elevated'

Is it possible in the next release to add a section to change the Arrow Color and Shading?

Arrow color and alpha can already be set in the XML file right now. You just have to know ARGB colorspace.

There will be /MOB commands to set them in game using easier descriptions. (i.e. /MOB SET ARROWCOLOR BLUE and /MOB SET ARROWALPHA 50)

I probably will not clutter the interface and force more graphics resource usage for setting these things.
