Digero, I took your copy of the data file and rehosted it on my website. Dereth Explorer should now use that file when updating and will no longer attempt to connect to AC Spedia. I adjusted it yesterday and seems to work for me, but if anyone can confirm it... 
It's a shame that AC Spedia is gone, best of it were the additional comments that each entry had. Always nice to see what people had to say, so many years ago |

Does anyone know what happened, was there an auf Wiedersehen post somewhere?
That's a pretty big resource to lose for the game but if acmaps or God forbid Maggies goes away then I'd also have to jump on the "The End is Near" bandwagon.

Thanks, the Warcry database worked, but how do I update the map/terrain?
I have the locations for Viss isle, but there is no land mass... all the locations show up as being in water
