Hmm, that makes me think maybe there should be checks in Decal to ensure these are unloaded.

I'm sure it isn't the only plugin to affect things, but I would get an error and the client would close on Windows Vista when I went to loggin to another char. I disabled a few plugins, one being Allegiance Scanner. I also started to wait a few more seconds between logout and logging in, and it's cut my crashes down considerably.
Of course, some experiences will be different as we don't all run the same plugin(s).
