The problem is, you're re-distributing licensed materials. We as the license holders asked you to REMOVE them from alternate hosting since we did not give you exclusive privileges to redistribute our materials.
We asked you nicely to remove them. Telling us that you basically just moved them doesn't take care of your part of actually REMOVING the content.
Please REMOVE the alternate hosting of the content as we have not given you permission to redistribute them.

I dl'd the memlocs and copied them into the decal 3.0 folder and I still get the error.. When I copied them, decal was not running. Anyone have any other ideas?

yes, you put all those files stright into "C:\Program Files\Decal 3.0\". you could goto "Start menu.. run.. and put in that directory up above" and it will go stright to that location so you dont have to go clickin all over the place.
