To be more precise to the problem it is not an issue with the Hosting company itself.
We have a box at a co-location. This box was "power cycled" and refused to come back up. That means someone has to go to the actual data center and mess with the box to get it back online.
It has nothing to do with the hosting itself. Just the box the site is ran from.

drak, i'd argue the problem IS with the hosting company. it's been almost 24 hours and they haven't sent someone out to power cycle the box to get it online? some kind of natural disater going on i don't know about forcing mass exidus and power lose which would prohibit sending someone?

He said that someone had gone to power cycle the box, but it won't come up. Since I've had a box co-located at a data center before, I can tell you that it's not their responsibility if a co-located serve does not come back up. It's yours.. the owner of that box.

ah, so that is what i didn't understand. one of THEM has to go take off from school ect. yeah that could be days

THANKS A TON for posting those files, we were actually considering canceling AC before this! Our decal does work now, but we still get the same error others get if we hit update. Oh well, at least it works now in game  |
