Anyone try playing on Windows 7? |
Debating whether to take the plunge on my AC machine. Want to see if anyone on the beta has it working with decal, dual client, and AC.

Pretty similar to Vista in many aspects, should work okay.

I'm still trying to download it. Then I'll install it on vmware first. I still need to reload this machine with Vista 64.. that was what I was gonna do over my break.. but never got around to it.

Upgraded from Vista Ultimate x64 w/SP2 to Windows 7 x64 beta and was able to get AC running under XP compatability mode, but no luck with Decal yet.

Re-installing Vista. 7 is obviously not ready for primetime. AC would run, but had noticable chat lag. Couldn't get game to load with Decal running - it hung up after both load bars filled with blue. I could try doing a clean install, but don't think it's worth the trouble.
